"What can I say? I need a sixth or seventh star to properly rate this host and property. The pictures and description are beautiful but really don’t do the place justice. Just a perfect place to get away, more than enough room, immaculately clean.If you forget something, Kim remembered it. They provide food and drink if you don’t bring enough, most hosts don’t do this. Plenty of activities, pool table in the unit got plenty of use, he even set up the corn hole for us on the back porch. So peaceful earlier in the morning driving a cup of coffee (provided) on the deck overlooking the water, I highly recommend this! Great communication (better than mine was, sorry had some phone issues).. all in all absolutely wonderful and would stay again in an heartbeat. Worth every penny and minute. Thank you thank you thank you!Tom and Brian"

"The gate to the entrance was still open which seemed to result in many cars/people enter for what appeared to be a party woth 70-100 people and cars zipping around property. This went on for quite some time. I witnessed cars speeding around the parking area resulting in two vehicle hitting each other. The police finally showed which was good but I question the value of a gated entrance if gate is up and no one is checking to see if those entering are guest of the property or not. The security seemed a bit unsure on how to handle and likely let the situation go to long before acting. Additionally, my card for entrance were deactivated each day causing us to get locked out of unit and having to go to office, wait in line to have cards reactivated. We love the property but this last visit was not nearly as nice as past stays."

"I rarely give such low ratings but the room itself was sub par at best. Dirty floor, and the toilet and shower are in one tiny closet-like area and the sink is in the room. No chance for dressing in privacy if you're traveling with older kids. The room was not touched/serviced for the entire 4 day 3 night stay, including removal of trash. We caught one employee in the hall and gave him our soaking wet towels and asked for fresh ones. Came back to room late afternoon and no towels. When we called the desk we were told we'd have to go down to get them. Breakfast room was overwhelmed and ran out of food by 8 am. No forks,muffins, pancakes at various times. No one cleaned tables between families. A trail of water from trash on the floor was a slip hazard. The manager was overwhelmed. Lack of staff?. One of the worst stays and I've had hundreds. Apologies for the length Front desk checkin was great to add a positive note."

"So initially this was just supposed to be a trip that I was tagging along on with my two youngest children, because my oldest was going with her Girl Scout troop. I was not looking forward to this trip, to say the least. None of my children are swimmers, and I didn’t think we were going to enjoy ourselves. I’m happy to say that I was wrong. We got there and check-in was smooth without a long wait. We were immediately able to get going to the water park, which was magnificent. There were several shallow areas for them to play in without me having to have a hold on their life vests. The slides were thrilling. If I had to have a complaint, it would be that if you have mobility issues, there are endless stairs and walking. One central elevator bank means you need to be patient, or get your steps in. I got wolf passes for all three kids and it was the perfect amount of activities to fit in the weekend. "
