Tranquil Timber pairs full Tall Timbers Camp resort access with a house built for group entertainment, so your group can swim, fish, and play without leaving the property. Six bedrooms — each with its own private ensuite bath — sleep 14 across two levels, with room for large families, multiple families traveling together, big friend groups, and multigenerational trips.

Guest Access

Check in with the smart lock: enter your code on the keypad at the front door and it opens for your stay. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests have full access to the home and to the Tall Timbers Camp amenities included with the stay.

POST-BOOKING REQUIREMENT
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. 
Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.

Other Things to Note
* There is one step up at the front entry and stairs to the upper-level bedrooms, so this is not a single-level, step-free property.
* Tranquil Timber does not have a private dock, private shoreline, or a direct path to the water. The nearest public water access is State Park Marina, about 15 minutes away.
* Guests must be at least 24 years old to book.
* Pets are not permitted.
* Smoking is not permitted.
