Whether relaxing in the elegant living and dining rooms, indulging in the grand kitchen, or enjoying the massive deck, every aspect is designed to provide the utmost relaxation for guests.

The Space:
Welcome to our cozy lakeside retreat! Y'all will love spending time in this home-away-from-home. Fire up the propane grill for some delicious outdoor cooking, then gather around the indoor electric fireplace for a cozy evening in. With hi-speed wifi and YouTubeTV, you can stay connected and entertained throughout your stay.

On the main level, Bedroom 1 features a comfy king bed with an attached bathroom boasting a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 offers a king bed and a twin bed, also with an attached bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 both have king beds and attached bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 5 is perfect for the kids with a twin over full bunk bed and a nearby hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, there's a ping pong table for some friendly competition!

Upstairs, Bedroom 6 and Bedroom 7 each have a king bed and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

And let's not forget about the breathtaking lake view that you can enjoy from various parts of the house. Come on over and make unforgettable memories in this spacious and comfortable retreat!

Getting Around:
The lodge is conveniently located 10-minutes from Branson’s entertainment and shopping district, along with a myriad of outdoor activities, including boating, fishing, and hiking, allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Ozarks. Whether you are celebrating a special event or a family vacation, this lodge offers something for everyone.

Other Things to Note:
The Rocky Shores lakefront vacation destination is brand new. GPS and mapping apps have not yet surveyed the streets and physical addresses. Please follow Highway 65 to Highway 265. Follow Highway 265 for .7 miles to Highway P. Remain on Highway P for .8 miles to Clevenger Cove Road. Please follow Clevenger Cove Road, Hollister, MO 65672 1.5 miles into Rocky Shores. Each home is denoted with a house number.

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. This was a great meeting place for our family from VA, KS, and TX. The home was just as described and met our needs. We enjoyed the two separate living areas, the hot tub, and ping pong table. We also liked the location as it was easy to go to Branson for attractions.

Nice place for family vacation

Beautiful property; very clean. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate larger group. Manager and local contact very friendly and responsive, making the stay less stressful. Highly recommend!

Perfect home for a large family

We took a trip to Branson with the extended family and this house was perfect for what we needed. There was space for everyone to spread out and plenty of seating at the table to enjoy a meal together. The kids loved the hot tub, the ping pong table, and the indoor pool down the street. It was a perfect peaceful getaway!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home with all the amenities you will need. Quiet neighborhood with amazing views of lake and surrounding area. Lots of space with 2 living areas and nice deck off main floor with table for at least eight. Enjoyed the hot tub and sectional that walks out from the downstairs. Adam was wonderful to work with. 6 retired ladies had a very relaxing time and enjoyed having our own big bedrooms & baths.

The property was everything we hoped for. Beautiful view of Table Rock Lake. Spacious bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. Adam and his staff were very responsive to all our questions. My entire family loved it.

Great home and layout for 12 of us

The home had a great layout and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking. That being said we did not cook anything on this trip but that is something we always look for when we first arrive. The beds were comfortable and with 12 people all taking showers at the same time, we never ran out of hot water. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

Staycation with a VIEW for the win!

We usually host family coming to town, however, this year they all came at the same time. I was surprised to find a great rate for a unit that could accommodate 6 adults, 2 adult children as well as kids from 17 down to 2… oh my. The view was fantastic! The kids kept busy from the pool just steps away to ping pong and more. We all enjoyed the hot tub. I can’t thank our host enough- and they stayed in contact making sure we had what we needed. Our fam has decided to make it an annual trip!

Great stay

We had 14 in our party and the set up was perfect for us! House was fully stocked, which was great! Kitchen was a full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, regular coffee pot with filters and keurig, ice machine didn't work well so we bought ice, garbage bags, dishwasher pods, napkins (could have used 1 more roll with 14 people), some spices, etc. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We could have used 2 towels per person because we were having to wash towels each day (1 per person was supplied). Bring your beach towels for the pool and hot tub! Laundry room had laundry pods and dryer sheets. VRBO description says barbeque grill, but it's a Blackstone. We bought something for the grill but made it work on the Blackstone! Everyone loved the hot tub! Our only complaint was the cleanliness. Our bare feet got dirty the first night so we wore shoes after that. The local contact had to come change our bedding because it was stained (some blood and oily stains). She was very nice about it and kept apologizing. She said it was a new cleaning company that wasn't doing the best job and they were addressing the issue. Overall, great trip! The positives outweighed the negatives by a long shot!

Great porperty!

We had 3 families that stayed, and it was the perfect set up. Plenty of beds and bedrooms. We really liked that each room had their own bathrooms. The pool was perfectly located and the blackstone was amazing for our meals.

Memories Made

The property is wonderful for family gatherings. Seven bedrooms with seven baths, spectacular views, close to the pool. We took our children, spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. It was a great place to make many memories.

Absolutely LOVE this property!!

We staying at this lovely home with a large group of family. 10 adults (18 to 86) and 5 kiddos (5 to 13). I have to rave about what a fantastic experience this was. The property itself has 7 bedrooms (comfy beds) but I think a well thought out convenience was there were bathrooms attached to EVERY bedroom (except the bunk bed room). The kitchen made cooking meals easy and the kids loved playing ping pong and the outdoor pool practically out your front door. They even went to the indoor pool on a Rainey day. The host responded quickly to one minor issue (tv remote) and the week went quite smooth. Close drive to all the Branson attractions and the lake view was beautiful. I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation. Wonderful property and host.

From the moment I booked the property, Adam was very quick to respond to any questions I had. He is very attentive and wanting our stay to be the best possible. All of the family loved this house and would definitely recommend to others. This property has so much to offer and is so well stocked. The best I've ever rented. If we ever decide to come back to Branson, we know where we will want to stay.

Great place for a group of golfers

This is a great house for a group of guys on a golf outing. Nice kitchen, big dining room table and a separate bedroom and bathroom for each of the six of us.
