Perfect home base for a Branson trip

Large Home For Family Gatherings

Christmas family reunion was wonderful with the large home and all its amenities. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Very convenient to Branson and Table Rock State Park. Hot tub was a bonus!!

Great accommodations!

Very nice house and neighborhood. Plenty of space for 9 adults and 3 babies. We appreciated the baby gates being available and plenty of towels for everyone. We enjoyed the hot tub and easy access to SDC and downtown Branson.

Branson/Hollister Family Trip

Black Bear Lodge was a beautiful and great space for our family vacation of 9 adults and 4 children. Lots of space, host provided many amenities to make our stay everything we needed. The pool and splash pad were also a big hit!

Best of times at the Black Bear Lodge!!!

The lodge was perfect! We had everything we could possible need. It was very clean and comfortable and close to Branson and all the fun! Wonderful Christmas vacation with family and friends. The Christmas tree was a nice added touch. We definitely will be back.

Fun family time

Gorgeous house with plenty of space for our group of college kids and grandmas. Two main floor bedrooms were perfect for the grandmas! And the hot tub and pool table were a hit among the younger members of the family.

Perfect for Christmas!

Our children and grandchildren met us in Branson for Christmas. Black Bear Lodge was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out but also enjoyed the gathering areas for family games and fellowship. The hot tub and the pool table were hits. I recommend the lodge for anyone looking for spot to get together with family and friends.

Great place from Family

Really enjoyed our stay in Branson. This home was close to table rock lake and boat launches. Food and grocery stores within 10 to 15 minute drive. Home was perfect for multi families. Great for kids. Host was awesome. Would highly recommend bringing this home.

New Years Vacation

Had a great time at Black Bear Lodge! Family vacation that we take every Christmas/New Year time of year. Had a great pool tournament with all. The house had every utensil that you could want for to cook with. Decorated very nicely for holidays and with the black bears. Grandkids loved it. Ate at 2 great restaurants on the landing. Bricktown was awesome. Love the shopping there and Tanger mall! Hope you have as great a time as we did!

All we could want

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Black Bear Lodge. The communication with Robyn was excellent, and any issues that we had were dealt with immediately. Special shout out to Dave, her maintenance guy. Our family meets there every year and we have already rebooked for next year. Thanks again for a perfect place to spend with family!

Thanksgiving with family

Parking was the only issue we had for the most part! Bedrooms were nice, the kitchen could use new baking pans and more bowls with lids for leftovers. I really like the special touch of having the Christmas tree! Thank you

Very clean and well stocked

The home was very clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us. We were close to attractions, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy some quiet time at the end of the day. The community pool was also a nice place to take the kids to burn off some energy. At one point, we had a question about the hot tub, and when I reached out I heard back almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Awesome Family Time

The host was very responsive to questions. The accommodations were awesome with a bathroom for each bedroom. The oversized bunkbeds with a trundle bed were awesome for teen boys. The game room provided lots of friendly competition and the large kitchen was a great gathering place. The hot tub was spacious and clean. It saw lots of use! The house was a vacation in itself and the creek out back was explorers heaven for boys. All 13 people gave it an A+ rating. Neighborhood was quiet and the spacious. With so much to in the area, it was a perfect vacation spot for multi families staying together.

AMAZING

This is our 2nd year of renting this house. All I can say is you will not be disappointed! This is a weekend get away qe do for our 5 kids and their persons without their kids. Its just a fun time for them to relax and have adult time with each other. This place is great and the host is the best. We have stayed in many home rentals over the years and while they all were great experiences this o e is the best. She will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. Easy to contact. Easy to work with. Just an overall great person! We are gonna add this to our summer get aways also!

Plenty of Room Near Branson

This property worked well for our extended family of 12 (3 couples plus kids) for three nights. The only thing we would have appreciated would have been more silverware and different dishes/glassware in the kitchen. There were no small bowls, plates or cups suitable for young kids. I also did not find any containers for leftovers, as advertised. Fortunately we brought some paper plates and plastic cutlery with us. The big windows looking out on the trees were wonderful, but really needed to be cleaned. A fresh sponge in the kitchen and a better broom would have been nice to have. I purchased and left a sponge, along with a vegetable peeler that I needed.

Hollister MO House

House fit our needs perfectly. The six bedrooms really came in handy to accommodate all our family who had come down for our mom's funeral. Only a couple minor things, a couple end table lights didn't work due to a faulty roller switch. Both of the pull out sofa beds in the downstairs family room didn't work. We didn't notice this till the second night when we needed another bed. The living room had 6 or 7 TV remotes of which we could only get the one for the smart TV to work which was fine. Kitchen was well laid out and was equipped with everything we could need. Everyone said they slept well and the mattresses were comfortable. Having a dual unit AC was a plus and the kids had a blast with the multi game Arcade machine. Kids and adults had a great time at the community pool. Just a very nice place and would definitely stay there again.
