The Space:
Not So Crappie Cabin is a two-level, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin that sleeps 8, set within the Tall Timbers Camp community in Hollister, Missouri. Every bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The main level opens into a living room with a stone fireplace and vaulted tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, a dining area, and a kitchen with an island, dishwasher, coffee maker/Keurig combo, and ice maker. Step outside to the back deck for a private hot tub, propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, and outdoor seating for 9. Beyond the cabin itself, guests have full use of Tall Timbers Camp's on-site amenities, including seasonal outdoor pool and lazy river, a communal indoor pool and hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, and a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond.

Main Level:
Living room with stone fireplace and vaulted wood-plank ceiling. Dining area. Kitchen with island, full appliance package, and cooking basics. Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite full bathroom with shower. Bedroom 2 (bunk room): Queen-over-King bunk bed, sleeps 4, en suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo, arcade cabinet (Galaga/Ms. Pac-Man).

Upper Level:
Bedroom 3: King bed, en suite full bathroom with shower. Loft area with board games and a small book selection.

Outdoor Living:
Back deck with private hot tub, propane grill, wood-burning fire pit, and outdoor seating for 9. Smart TV on the back deck for outdoor movie nights.

Tall Timbers Camp gives guests access to a seasonal outdoor pool and lazy river, a communal indoor pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, a basketball court, a playground, and a stocked catch-and-release fishing pond. Golf cart rentals are available on-site, and the lazy river/pool area is close by. Boat parking is available at the cabin, and the State Park Marina is about 9 minutes away for lake access.

Guest Access:
Guests have full use of the cabin's main and upper levels, including the private back-deck hot tub, and 3 free parking spots in front of the cabin plus boat parking. Guests also have full access to Tall Timbers Camp's shared amenities: seasonal outdoor pool and lazy river, communal indoor pool and hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, playground, and stocked fishing pond. Golf cart rentals are available on-site for getting around the property.

Other Things to Note:
Minimum age to book is 24. Pets are considered, with a 2-pet maximum. There is no private dock or direct shoreline access at the cabin; the State Park Marina, about 9 minutes away, is the nearest point of access to the lake. A toiletries starter package is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry soap, dryer sheets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash), along with a coffee and tea starter package (approximately 8 ounces of coffee grounds, a selection of regular and decaf coffee pods, creamer, sugar, stir sticks). One step up into the main-level entrance from the front door.

Post-Booking Requirement:
Following confirmation of your reservation, guests are required to either submit a refundable security deposit or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver. Instructions and deadlines will be sent shortly after booking. Reservations are not considered fully complete until this step is fulfilled.
