Kentish Oast, Cottage and Barn in stunning private grounds with swimming pool

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (1)
"We spent a week at Penn Court Estate, it was the perfect get away for our family holiday this year. The cottages are lovely and well equipped, comfy beds, good living spaces and plenty of bathrooms. The estate is very secure, quite and pretty, the children in our group had a wonderful time running through the trees and playing in the very clean pool. It was great, the pool opening times 10am-5:30pm really helped us manage the children’s and made for a very relaxing break. We didn’t venture out...

"Its situated in a beautiful village with private gates to access the lovely estate. Its lovely and quiet with a 20minute walk to the local pub.The estate is lovely with two lakes but is slightly overgrown in places. The swimming pool is open 10am-5.30pm and is very private but it's very cold! The table tennis & pool table is great but could do with some screening/fencing as it's very close to the next cottage. It would be great if the garden was enclosed to make it easier when you have a
dog

8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (13)
"House was nice but living room smaller than we expected (from the photos on internet). Kitchen and living are one room. Bedrooms are bigger and all three with bathroom, that's nice. Floors are very old and cracking, but that's part of the experience. Garden furniture needs an upgrade. We liked the garden and green environment a lot and enjoyed the swimming pool."

1 bedroom accommodation in Hollingbourne

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"We stayed in the barn at the end of the driveway. It has its own private patio and use of the grounds and pool. The barn itself was clean and well equipped with views across the countryside. The check-in was non-contact which is perfect for me as I'm clinically vulnerable. The welcome box was a nice touch. A perfect, peaceful place to relax while visiting family in the area. "
