With 3,780 sq. ft. of living space, this home is ideal for large families, multiple families, and groups of friends looking to relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together.

    Prime Location
    Located on the north side of Holland, just before Holland State Park, you’ll be a short walk from both Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa beaches. The home sits within Oak Grove Resort, providing access to resort-style amenities while still offering the privacy of a luxury vacation home.

What an amazing place to stay - it is everything we hoped it would be, the adults enjoyed having their own bedrooms, a large kitchen space that allowed 4 people to be active, large dining area, outdoor space to relax and to eat. Very close to both Holland State Park, and Holland Tunnel Park.The kids loved having their own space (they declared it the best place ever for hide and seek), the play ground, the pool, and the goat. It was very quiet, even though it is part of an RV park. It was great, and we are already looking at calendars for next year to see if it fits our schedules again.

The "Barn" is awesome!

Wonderful place to stay. There was 15 of us. 10 adults and 5 kids. Came from all over the country for family get together. Great location. Thank you Rod and Maria.

Perfect Accommodation for our family

Met every needs we had. Accommodations were superb. Family meals on the deck in the evening were wonderful. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were so well equipped with towels and other necessities. Kitchen was a delight for meal preparation and very spacious.

The house was perfect for our large group. Owner was responsive and house was stocked well with enough accommodations for a large group. Bikes included would be nice but we appreciated the easy access to rentals. House was clean and comfortable - was good for kids.

Fantastic for Families

If you are looking for a place that can accommodate a large, multi-generational family gathering, look no further. Our kids and grandkids loved the space, the pool, the hot tub, and the location. We really liked eating on the amazingly long picnic table on the balcony deck, too--and roasting marshmallows at the firepit. Plus, the goats were an endless form of entertainment. There is also so much to do around Holland, MI itself, and this was the perfect home base.

Family fun

We had a crew of relatives with 6 kids and 9 adults and this place was so accommodating for our crowd. Kids loved great bunk room. The deck are worked out well for our only personal outdoor space. Kitchen was huge and well stocked. Manager was very attentive. Would go again.

Beautiful Home

Our experience with booking "The Barn" was excellent. The owners were courteous, kind and very professional to interact with. The Barn was clean and very comfortable to stay in. Owners have thought of and supplied most everything you could want during your visit. Keep in mind that you must be able to climb steps to get to The Barn as the main living space is on the second floor and most bedrooms are on the third floor.

Excellent facility, very clean, very well equipped, wonderful place!

We were all very pleased with the accommodations. We had 15 people and despite that number, we all felt there was plenty of room to have a bit of privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and has more than you would expect. Nothing negative to say. I would have liked the pool to stay open a bit later - but that is a very minor point. Staff was very responsive and pleasant.

The kitchen was equipped with so much that cooking for ten (and a couple of days for 12) was a real treat! Loved that the table inside was big enough for all of us to eat together-same with the picnic table outside. The air conditioner broke for the upstairs and management had it fixed before the end of the day -- on a weekend! Just wished that we had known that the bunkbed room was so far away from the other bedrooms. The kids were a little too young for that especially with the bathroom so far away. Older kids would LOVE having their alone space. The main bathroom on the first level is wonderful. The shower is huge! Loved that Bowerman's Blueberry farm was only minutes away. Beautiful sunsets and fun goats. Good memories were made!

This is absolutely the perfect home for large families. Our multigenerational trip is 4 families ranging in age from 2 to 86. The space was large enough to spend meals and time together and it also has enough space when you wanted some quiet time to yourself. The home is very well-equipped making meals a breeze and the entire resort property had many amenities to keep the kids occupied. The area in general is very family friendly it's easy to walk to dinner/coffee, the beach or fishing. I would highly recommend this property; we may even come back again everyone loved it so much.

We loved this property in Holland, Michigan! We stayed here with our family of 16 and had LOTS of room! It was perfect for our annual Memorial weekend family getaway! It rained all day on Sunday, but it didn’t matter because we had plenty of room to enjoy the family indoors. The deck was awesome with a huge picnic table to accommodate our large family. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. It was clean and the location was great, too. Close to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this property!!!

We are grateful to have rented “the Barn” for our wedding in Holland. We had 5 young children with us and the bunk bed room was lovely, but a bit removed from the parents’ rooms. The master bedroom and shower was like a spa in your home away from home.

The Barn is wonderful! We had a family wedding in Holland and15 of us stayed here. The house is spacious and at no point did we feel cramped. The deck was a perfect spot for us to catch up and the dinner table was a great place to play games! Wonderful stay!
