Nestled within Oak Grove Resort, this charming retreat is less than one mile from Lake Michigan and Lake Macatawa, putting beaches, boating, and lakeside sunsets right at your fingertips. The resort truly shines as a family favorite, packed with activities everyone will love.

Enjoy 5-star accommodations featuring a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space, Roku TV, full bath, and in-unit washer and dryer. Step outside to your spacious private patio with gas fire pit, gas grill, and cozy seating—perfect for evening s’mores and relaxing after a day of adventure. You’ll also have private parking and full access to all resort amenities.

The Stable was very nice, the place was very clean and had everything we needed, Bed was soft and comfortable. The outdoor fire table was a good plus. When contacting the property manager they were there within minutes. Our stay was very enjoyable.

Super cute, everything you need for a comfortable stay. Full kitchen, great loft space that would be great for kids and their sleeping bags. Personal outdoor grill, fire pit and table and chairs on a private patio. Also, goats! Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot in a Beautiful Setting

We would definitely stay here again in the future! Really can’t say enough how nice the Stable was!! Had everything you need and was so close to the water, we really took advantage of the location. Plus there are walking/biking paths every where so really nice spot!!

This property was super clean and cute. We really appreciated all of the little details including laundry detergent, dish pods, and extra pillows and blankets. We particularly enjoyed the fire table on the private balcony. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome place!

This was a great spot for our family of 4! The stable is very clean, trendy, and had ample space for everything. The outdoor patio area was great. We did a long extended weekend and it was perfect to walk to Lake Michigan daily, then drive into downtown Holland for the amazing restaurants, Farmer’s Market, and shopping.

Perfect Family Getaway

The stable was perfect for our family of 3. With a full bathroom, kitchen and small loft we had plenty of room for all of us. The location was amazing- right next to the pool and the outdoor private patio was so cozy! The campground was well taken care of and quiet at night. Very close to the beach, parks and restaurants.

Quiet get away, but not far off the beaten path

The campground this rental is in is quiet and wonderful. Our girls enjoyed the playground and goats. We loved the outdoor patio space that provided privacy. This rental is well done, and I would recommend this place to anyone!

A Wonderful Getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the full kitchen and the private patio was fantastic. The pool and hot tub were just steps away from us. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back!

Excellent Stay!

Excellent stay at the Stable! We loved everything about it. Having moved to Florida nine months ago from Holland we wanted to stay near where we used to live. The Stable was perfect! They have everything you need for your stay. Loved the private outdoor space. Will definitely stay here again for future trips ‘home’.

My son had lived in Holland over the last year, so we brought the rest of the family up to see Holland and gather the rest of his things. This was a great location close to the lake in a beautiful wooded neighborhood. The best of camping (with all the amenities) in a quiet, clean, family and pet friendly 'village'. Would love to come back in the future.

Family Visit

What a great place to stay for a small family! We slept 2 adults and 2 children. 1 slept on the pull-out couch (full size mattress) and the other slept up in the loft, large enough for a single air mattress. The property is newly remodeled. Private outdoor seating adds to the coziness of the space. The resort staff was very helpful and friendly. Resort in general is excellent in maintaining. We had a wonderful experience.

What a Great Place!!!

Our family just stayed 4 nights at the Stable. Everything exceeded expectations. The place was clean, had nice appliances, a nice outdoor area to escape the kids and hang out. The campground itself was full of super nice people and had a great family vibe in general. Having never been to Michigan we didn’t know what to expect. Tunnel beach and Ottawa beach were awesome. Just wow. Overall just a grand slam experience and we can’t wait to come back next year!!

Highly recommend

The Stable is located inside the clean, well maintained community of Oak Grove Resort and Campground. It is close to so much to enjoy. The grounds also offer much enjoyment. We loved our patio with propane fire pit. We visited the goats everyday. The pool is heated! Kids can ride scooters and bikes safely on the grounds as well as play at the playground. We enjoyed walking to the state park to enjoy the beach and see the lighthouse. The living space was very clean and comfortable.

Perfect for Our Family of Four

The Stable was so great for my husband and I and our two kids, ages 3 and almost 1. It was conveniently located close to all of our favorite places to visit when we’re in Holland: Holland State Park, the General Store for the best ice cream, Kin Coffee, and all the great shops in downtown Holland. The resort itself was so great and kid friendly! We swam in the pool, played basketball, went to the park, and saw the goats. Our kids loved it! The Stable was clean and had all the necessary items we needed, we cooked dinner there every night and ate on the lovely patio. Rod was so helpful and responsive. We are hoping to make this a yearly trip! Thank you for everything. :)

Awesome place in an awesome location

Loved spending the holiday weekend in Holland with the fine folks at the Oak Grove Resort. The weather was cool, but the area is beautiful and the whole of Holland is right there with great shops, restaurants and things to do. We enjoyed the facility and the campground is family oriented and well kept.
