The interior space was clean and spacious. It was well-equipped with dishes and cooking materials. It also had indoor games and outdoor beach materials. The balcony was large and allowed for nice morning coffee and evening conversation.

Everything you need is included in this beautiful 1 bedroom loft. Easy access to Holland and South Haven. Nice area for walking.

Property was very clean! Very close to social district. We enjoyed a nightcap on the deck in comfy chairs! Dawn responded nearly immediately when we had an internet issue and fixed it right away. We will be back!

My husband and I spent a couple days in Holland/Saugatuck area antique shopping and exploring. This condo was perfect, and fit all of our needs. Very clean, stocked with staples, cute decor, and location is great!

Fantastic Property!

We loved everything about this place. The decor was so pretty, the bed was super comfortable, and all of the extras that were provided (beach accessories, chairs, games) were great. The balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and unwinding at the end of a busy day. I came with a friend but am already planning for a return trip with my husband. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

My family and I have stayed at numerous rentals now and Dawn’s so far is my favorite. Hands down. I’m very particular and generally not comfortable away home, but this house was exceptional. It was so clean and so comfortable. We could walk everywhere but didn’t have foot traffic. It was lovely and I slept so well. Our favorite restaurants were the southerner and the farmhouse deli.

Outstanding property

This property was spotless and so well appointed! It had everything you would need and then some. The king bed was very comfortable and the size of the bedroom was very spacious. The shower is huge and there were wonderful smelling toiletries. The covered porch was wonderful anytime of day but especially delightful in the evening with the lights. Will definitely book this place again! We walked everywhere, close to everything!

Wonderful one bedroom unit

I traveled to Saugatuck for a work conference and my husband joined me and worked remotely from the unit. The Lily Pad is exactly as described. For a small space Dawn has done an absolutely amazing job. All of the amenities you need and then some. The location is great as well. You can easily walk downtown and there is a nice walking path behind the complex. Internet service was great for working remotely. The place is absolutely immaculate and Dawn provides higher level amenities such as the bath supplies, unlike other units I have rented. As noted by other reviewers the bed is also really comfortable.

Amazing place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. No detail has been overlooked, including high-end finishes in the construction of every room. All that you could ever need is in this unit, including crockpots and other small appliances. There’s even portable chairs that you can take down to the park for concerts on Wednesday nights or sand castle molds for the beach. The bed was super comfortable. The living room/kitchen combo is gorgeous and the porch is amazing in the morning or at night. The only thing I would bring would be your pillows as those are usually personal to one’s comfort. Lastly, the location and parking were also very convenient. Highly recommend the Lilly Pad!
