Due to strict occupancy rules please DO NOT extend your pool and hot tub privileges to anyone not staying at RNR or the Ship n Shore Hotel.
Check-out is 11:00am to allow staff time to clean. An additional $25 will be charged for every 30 minutes the room or parking space remains occupied.
ONLY 1 parking space PER CONDO. USE YOUR DESIGNATED SPACE ONLY DURING YOUR STAY (3pm-11am) Parking violations may result in towing at owners expense
