Prime location in walking distance of everything in downtown Saugatuck! Property was clean and having a reserved parking spot was great. Host was responsive and allowed us to check-in early. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely place and right on the main street. We enjoyed the paddle boat ride and walking the streets. The mattress was too soft for my back so I had to sleep on the sofa but my husband slept well. The TV is very difficult to use so to see our news programs we used our cell phone.

We really enjoyed staying there ! Fabulous location! Enjoyed not having to drive everywhere AND we were so happy that we did didn’t have to worry about parking!! We enjoyed going to the Ship N Shore pool, watched the fireworks from the park by the chain ferry … so nice to be able to walk everywhere ! We will definitely stay again!!

The location is what sells this place! We walked nearly everywhere we went during our stay. The space had most of what you’d need, notably beach towels and shareable beach chairs which was a great perk. The space itself could use a deep clean and some sprucing up for what you pay for, but again, the location (parking included) sold us. Would recommend for single or duo travelers.
