  • This charming condo is on a wooded ravine in the City of Saugatuck less than a mile from Ivy House. The Upper Level has 2 Bedrooms, a Living Room, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Lower Level has a Bedroom and a Living Room, and a Laundry Closet is located in the hallway.

    The Peterson Creek Retreat is a spacious is a 1600 sq ft open concept condo that includes air conditioning, dishwasher, washer/dryer, outdoor propane grill, free streaming on Peacock Plus, Roku Channels, and free Samsung streaming channels on the Upper Living Room TV, free wifi, garage parking for one vehicle, and towels/linens. Please bring your beach towels and any other items you will need for the beach such as blankets, umbrella, or chairs.

    We offer a discount for 7 night stays!

    Take a shortcut through the Peterson Preserve and enjoy a nice, leisurely walk or bike ride into downtown (approx. 1 mile). The Peterson Creek Retreat is conveniently located near beaches, shopping, dune rides, parks, restaurants, and other tourist attractions.

    *NO SMOKING and NO PETS are permitted. We are a family-friendly condo and NO PARTIES are allowed, no exceptions.
