4/5 Good
The customer service needs to be more considerate!
"It is a nice hotel.
Staff are a bit business- like and not very caring! My friend who shared the room with me ( nearly 70 years old) was asked to wait in the outdoor foyer area (40 degree day) until I arrived- because the booking was in my name! She waited outside more than 1hour!!
This matter could have been resolved very easily by doing an ID CHECK on me!
The staff needed to show more human kindness- which they failed to do! It was transactional service!"

3/5 Okay
"I enjoyed my room and service the hotel staff provided. I did not like that I stayed on the 7th floor and the elevator was Brocken. The one positive to this is that it showed me how out of shape I have become and I am now on my journey to being healthy. So in a weird sort of way I am thankful that the elevator at Hak Huot Hotel 1 was broken even though it was miserable carrying my luggage up and down."
