Very cute resort for a good price. We heard it was closing down which is sad. We met lots of lovely couple that have been going there for 20 years. We personally only had breakfast there, because we wanted to go out to eat in town at night. For lunch we would cross the road and go eat some street food for cheap and delicious. We did take full advantage of the all inclusive package for the nice drinks by the beach. Nice location directly on the beach. Would recommend if you’re looking for something quiet. We stayed South of the island for a week and finished our journey here.

Fabulous staff and food! Thank you so much for a lovely stay on the west coast. Although the hotel is closing shortly and it's rooms are past their best, the beach, the food and the staff more than made up for that. Sorry you won't be there next time we come for a holiday xx

Our second visit to this hotel. We love the fact that it is right on the beach & so close to the shops & restaurants of Holetown. Sadly closing & being demolished so it was our last time there.

Staff were not focused on giving excellent customer service and were unable to go above and beyond for their customers at Discovery Bay Hotel. Day to day routine has taken the life and spirit out of some of the staff members.

Smuk strand, dårlig service niveau

Hotellet ligger ned til den smukkeste strand, men maden på hotellet er meget dårlig og der en et meget lavt service niveau på hotellet. Ikke et Hotel vi vil besøge igen.

This hotel is horrible, the front desk staff woman was very nasty and non accommodating, the rooms and the hotel is very outdated and smelled like mildew. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone nor will I ever go back.

Worst front desk staff ever!

Poor service I’ve ever received such poor service! seems like they only care their service towards UK customers was treated extremely poorly by the front desk staff totally ignored it all times had to interrupt them while they’re in personal conversations in order to get any kind of attention!

Don’t stay here!

don’t recommend this place at all! Poor service was treated like absolute garbage! was totally ignored upon check-in was told to sit in a corner and that somebody was going to put away my luggage no one ever showed up! that other English guests check in before me seems like they don’t like American tourists at this hotel.. furthermore the "resort" truly a motel room is falling apart needs updating.

Our stay there was good, we had a little problem with one staff member Allison, who should not be working with the hotel industry, she needs a lot of training dealing with the tourist, Her attitude stinks and she’s definitely in the wrong field.. (Angry Allison)..but it was quickly rectified by management. Overall excellent staff all departments..location great, food excellent...we definitely will recommend this place to everyone..will stay there again

Walking distance to a shopmall and good restaurants. Beach in front of the hotel is OK for chill out. Not superb, ok. And with few steps to both sides, guests will spot other nice places too. Nice garden with pool in the center. Warm and smily staff. Good cost benefit.
