- Royal Palms is a newly constructed family villa, located on a private road in the beautiful parish of St James. This privately gated, spacious 5 bedroom villa sits within enclosed gardens and is finished to a very high standard. The house is looked after by the lovely and friendly Desiree with extra staff being available if required (chef, butler, etc) Royal Palms is a three minute walk to the glorious blue waters and sands of the West Coast with many high end restaurants and amenities close by.
