"Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Room, extremely clean and comfortable. Only issue was that there were two of us registered - one washcloth, one towel, two hand towels. I asked a housekeeper in the hall for additional linen - provided her the room number and never heard from her again. Luckily, I had an extra towel with me. 😳. Otherwise, it was a wonderful location."

They brought up some type of a blower to help, however when we rebooked the room with the hotel for an additional night, no other compensation was offered. The smell was terrible and the machine was an invasion. We should have been offered some kind of discount."

"We prepaid for the room. We arrived at 11PM, tired after a long drive, and they had no room. We waited a long time while the night desk clerk cleaned a room. The room wasn't very clean."
