"Well positioned quiet motel which is well organised and well presented for an older but clean building. Our room was warm, hot water available and a good bed. Good lights too for reading in bed. Holbrook is a quick and easy town for an overnight stop en route to Melbourne. We will be back!"

"This is such a beautiful place to stay . The cottage was so warm and comfortable . Very quiet and peaceful . The host provided generous breakfast provisions for us as well as homemade chutneys and jams and an outside herb and Vegie garden to use when we cooked . Would happily return here to stay ..."

Great place to stop overnight when travelling Melb-Syd and reverse. Easy walk - or drive in the heat - to Holbrook Returned Services club for a bistro meal. Very cheap drinks and excellent 'parmy'. I always stop at the southbound Caltex for petrol.
