Everything was fantastic

The room was excellent and room features were great. LOVED the centrality of this hotel and access to multiple rail lines. Quiet hotel. Breakfast was very good, options were wide but the western options for sides were rather limited. Not a deal breaker and still plenty of food and selection choices. Staff was fantastic.

A truly excellent experience here. Exceeded our expectations. Felt it was very good value for the room quality, property features and service. Great location. Spectacular views from our room and from the wonderful lounge on 45th floor. Highly recommend. We’re active senior couple travelling with another couple from Canada. We stayed at the Peninsula earlier during our holiday, which was also exceptional, as was our stay in the St Regis in Osaka. But this was better value for a similar level of service and quality. Very satisfied.

This hotel is excellent all around. The rooms are large for Japan and ours, with two twin beds had a table and chairs and felt roomy. The food for breakfast and dinner one night was very good. The walk to the nearest subway, which has good connections, was under five minutes. The staff were unfailingly helpful.
