"We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend.
It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. Breakfast might be basic for some people, but it was full of things I really like - olives, bread/toast,...
