"I am from Canada. This is the best hotel we stayed in south Caucasus countries even though other hotels we stayed are all 5-star hotel while this is a 4-star hotel. But this hotel beats other two 5-star hotels we stayed in South Caucasus, Bugattis, Romania and Moldova. I would think this 4-star hotel aligns with 4-star hotel standard in Canada."

Also, Nigar from customer service was always helpful and attentive throughout our stay. It was my husband’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly special — they surprised us with a delicious cake in the room, a beautiful fruit basket, and a mix of almonds, walnuts, and hazelnuts. We always have great experiences with Mövenpick hotels, and I believe we’ll continue choosing them, insha’Allah."

"The front desk clerk was so welcoming when I arrived after midnight and I felt at home immediately. There is a supermarket nearby that’s open late at night to grab snacks and the breakfast was wonderful. "

"The room was spacious, clean and convenient. I was disappointed I was not offered an upgrade with my Expedia gold membership. Especially seeing I stayed 6 nights. I would have liked a view of the Caspian Sea. The staff were friendly and very helpful to me a mature age solo traveller. "
