this is what you paid for & bit of walk to old town. vintage hotel with old furniture, no luggage rack at all, we were in triple room requires refreshment+++, hand held shower has no adjustment at all and just kept spraying to the glass door. a/c blew on head. service good. breakfast enough choices, massage ok except worker kept asking some weird inappropriate questions..not much around.

Convenient hotel in the located midway between the beach and Ancient Town. Customer service was superb. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great!

a nice hotel but with a slight odour
Its a nice old fashion hotel, looks really nice, unfortunately the room smelled from mold or similar odour. Service was good, poolarea was small but good. Maybe could be more clear and visible rules around the pool area. Since were some imature adults and their kids splashing water all over the place. Breakfast was very good! Picture of hotel is true.

we’ll i can’t think of one bad thing to say about this hotel. Everything was amazing. From upon arriving where staff welcomed us with a drink and took our bags to them helping us find the town and how to get to places it was simply amazing. We’ve been travelling Vietnam and this best hotel we’ve stayed in! Great rooms, amazing pool, great breakfast and 15 minute walk from the town centre. Absolutely amazing stay! Would love to go back one day! Great work hotel team!!

Is really good hotel with good price . Ancient town is about 20min walk and is a good exercise in the morning . Breakfast has a variety choice of local dishes. Staff is helpful and friendly . Highly recommended

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. An easy walk to the old city but what was the best was the friiendliness and kindness of the staff every single day. They went above and beyond to help us plan our day. We had a great stay. When i return i will only stay at Kiman.

Perfect location
Very welcoming and helpfull staff. Nice quiet hotel to relax. Perfect location to old town (10min walk) and beach (20-30min walk). Facilities are excellent. Good buffet breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay in Hue!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Kiman and would definitely return & recommend to others. Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is a little on the older side but well maintained. Location is close enough to reach by foot or super quick bike ride over to the main part of Hue. The staff are very friendly and courteous. I was under the weather for a couple of days and they showed great concern. (Thank you Nancy!) Bonus part was the price we booked it for. Really good value hotel for what we paid!

Perfect location, easy 10-15 minute walk to old city, 15 minute bike (free from hotel) to beach. Nice comfortable/ clean rooms. Great pool. The best hotel staff we've had in Vietnam!

Amazing Stay!
My boyfriend and I stayed here 3th-8th July 2017 and had the most amazing stay. The breakfast had a huge variety and was absolutely delicious with loads of fresh fruit, pancakes, cereal, bacon and eggs cooked fresh how you wanted them. The rooms were really big and clean with a nice size balcony and really comfy beds. Also the mini bar was reasonably priced and you got 2 free bottles of water a day which was a bonus. The swimming pool was really nice and relaxing and got the sun for the majority of the day. The staff were all really lovely and couldn't have been more willing to help us. They organised us a taxi to the airport at a really good price and gave good suggestions of places nearby to see. Also the free bikes were really handy as it's only a 10 minute cycle to the beach. The only negative I would have would be its about a 20 minute walk to the town which feels really far during the daytime heat, however, it was worth the walk to get back to this amazing hotel. We would definitely return if we were ever to go back to Hoi An.

After traveling in Asia for two month now I would have to say this hotel has the most comfortable beds. Everything is clean and breakfast is top notch with real bacon. Unfortunately I got ill a few days before so I was bed ridden but my girl mentioned to the nice lady downstairs about my Condition and she made sure to get me medicine and make me special tea. Incredibly nice person thank you tyty!

They have a great hospitality like Hoi An town. Clean and quiet room, tasty breakfast, beautiful pool, free bike, smart manager and staffs. If you use a "OPEN TOUR BUS" in vietnam, their bus stop is located near this hotel.

This was my second stay at Kiman and it was even better this time around! It's a great location, between the beach and town. Everything is clean and comfortable and the staff is incredibly nice. Clean friendly hotel
Fantastic relaxing time spent at the kiman, customer service is 100% friendly and attentive. Never have I been to a hotel were everyone greats you so warmly with genuine smiles. Breakfast is amazing compared to other hotels I have been to. Firstly the egg station, order fresh and the chefs know how to cook them to your choice requested. Plenty of hot and cold options along with a variety of great fruit and ample of food for the big eaters. Wifi - what can I say. Easy to connect, reliable and super fast. Better than 5 star uk hotels. Hotel is in between the beach and town so 10/15 travel in either direction is perfect either by bicycle of foot The area is safe and has a small parade of shops/restaurants outside the hotel should you not want to venture so far. The pool is super clean and sure would be welcoming from the sun, I didn't see that as it was rainy season! Transfers was booked direct with the hotel, just so easy and convenient The room clean, functional and bathroom all good, the shower room was requested and no concerns, my request was looked after. Beds large and comfortable. Thanks to the Kiman team again - second time to the hotel, has a charm to make me return Hopefully see you again soon

Clean and Comfortable!
I stayed 4 nights in the shared room and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, cheap, and cold! It's a good location, just a short bike ride from the Ancient Town and the beach on one of their free bikes. Far enough away for peace and quiet, but close enough to bike without melting. It has a good breakfast and the staff is nice, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It was a great stay and I highly recommend for a quiet room in Hoi An! There are a lot of families there, though, so don't expect a quiet or deserted pool or breakfast room! No complaints for the room though!

Nice hotel close to sights
Good location a short distance from the centre - less than 5 minutes on bike. The hotel included free bike hire. Let us check in early which was good. Only have 3 in one coffee which is horrifically sweet, when we asked at reception they did not have any alternatives, not a big deal but something they could improve on. Pool gets very little sun and hence is quite cold.

i had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the shower was amazing (very powerful, which if you've traveled asia a lot, is hard to find), room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is nice. Location is okay, about a 15-20 min walk to the market and restaurants.

The hotel is right on a Main Street so weekend noise levels were quite high. We also had a weird water / shower sound sporadically throughout the night. I stayed in the dorm room and had housekeeping come early in the morning to check the room after one of the dorm guests had checked out. It was loud & intrusive. But the hotel staff in general are so friendly & helpful... Offering great information about the area and food etc. The free bicycles are a nice added touch!

Great Hotel, Friendly Staff.
Location was great for us, quick bike ride (3 minutes) down to the more touristy area (old town and all that), but removed from the heavy foot traffic of down there. The staff couldn't have been better, made sure we were very comfortable during our stay. As with most of the hotels in this area the bikes are provided as a complimentary service, I don't really see much point of cabbing anywhere in this town as you can ride from one end to the other in 20 minutes. Would stay again, best place we have stayed so far in Vietnam!

Quite a ways out from the centre. Free bicycles are available, although it is no easy feat navigating the roads anywhere in Vietnam, what with the constant tooting of horns and motorbikes running wild everywhere. Definitely do not make use of the spa/massage/haircut facilities here. Far better and cheaper options are available just a stone's throw away. Likewise, laundry service can be had for just VND15,000/kg right next door, as opposed to the hotel's exorbitant 50,000/kg.

Quiet in hoi an
Kiman hotel is a nice and suiet hotel. It is a bit away from citycenter but the free bikes try to make up for it. Unfortunztely they are vietnamese size qhich is for tal europeans a drag. The rooms are good and comfortable. Shower is hot and all in all it is well equipped with good wifi. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The pool is smal but nice The breakfast is ond of the best we had in 4 weeks. All in all it is a recomendable hotel.

Great hotel in Hoi An
Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Booked a 2 night stay at first, but extended to 5 day stay. Hotel about a 20 min walk from the old town, but taxis are cheap( about £1 to old town) , and hotel lends bikes for free which was great. Breakfast is excellent with a good choice of foods and freshly cooked eggs.

Our stay at the Kiman was excellent. The hotel is slightly out of the old town but no more than a 15 minute walk down a straight road (60,000DNG in a taxi). The hotel itself is modern, clean and the breakfast is awesome - wide range to suit different tastes! The pool is fairly shaded most of the day but a welcome break to escape the heat. We used the laundry service which was slightly more expensive than we've experience elsewhere but perfectly decent. The hotel also offers a free bike hire which means you can cycle to Am Bang beach in about 10-15 minutes. This beach is stunning, and if you eat at one of the restaurants then the bed and parasol should be free!!! Hoi An is awesome and we would highly recommend staying here.

really enjoyed stay here a little far out of town but still within walking distance if you like walking staff were great s d very helpful got free bikes for our stay

Great hotel (except for the massage services)
Hotel staff were very friendly and helped explain all the amenities. Free bikes were a major plus! We biked everywhere, especially since the old town was within biking distance. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty! Massage at the hotel however was awful. I'm pretty sure my masseuse was not a trained one. Do not get a massage here, but the hotel otherwise is a great deal. Clean hotel, good water pressure & heat for the shower, and great perks (like the bikes) for a very reasonable price.

1km from town but free rental bikes makes this no problem. Nearer to beach in other direction. Immaculate hotel, slow to replenish food at breakfast during busy times. Highly recommend

Lovely staff, great rooms
I very much enjoyed my stay at the Kiman. The staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. The bed was comfortable, the room clean and well equipped. I found it to be great value and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is just perfectly clean. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Its close to Hoi An center and to the beach, you can rent a bicycle for free. If you are tired and dont feel like going in to town, there’s great restaurants around the corner. And they do roomservice and massages And a great pool! The breakfast has everything you could wish for. I would highly recommend going to Kim An hotel!

旧市街も徒歩圏内で観光に便利でした。部屋の清掃はよくされており快適に過ごせました。朝食はもう少し品数があればよかったです。近くに定価で買い物ができるVinmart(コンビニ)があったので便利でした。

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet hotel. Nous avions réservé sans le savoir une chambre en sous-sol qui ne nous plaisait pas (forte odeur d'humidité, entrée isolée). Le personnel a géré notre déception de façon très professionnelle et nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre qui était vraiment spacieuse et agréable. Nous avons trouvé le petit déjeuner buffet copieux, varié et bon. Des vélos sont mis à disposition des clients. Le centre est aussi accessible à pied.
