Welcome - Our new and modern apartment is located in the Bay of Kiel. The apartment is 65 square meters and offers space to relax for up to 4 people. Upstairs there are 2 comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The cozy couch landscape, the functionally furnished kitchenette and the variable dining area. The attractive bathroom is also on the ground floor.
In addition, there is a washing machine, sufficient storage space for clothes etc., baby equipment if required and a terrace with a small garden area, as well as associated garden furniture and a grill.
Our apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the beach.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus
Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus für 4 Personen. Leider fanden wir keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche bei Ankunft vor. Diese wurde aber nach Anruf schnell nachgeliefert. Leider kostete diese zusätzlich für 3 Nächte noch einmal 60,00 €, was absolut überteuert ist. Auch Toilettenpapier war nicht ausreichend vorhanden. Auch das geht überhaupt nicht bei den aufgerufenen Preisen. Beim Beziehen der Betten kamen unter dem Bett reichlich Staubflocken hervor. Auch in den Schubladen befand sich noch Strandsand und der Kühlschrank war sehr eingestaubt. Die Endreinigung kostet 100,00 €, was ein sehr stattlicher Preis ist. Dafür kann man dann wenigstens eine saubere Unterkunft erwarten. Die Lage war sehr gut und die Ausstattung des Ferienhauses ebenso.
Wenn an der Reinigung nachgebessert wird, eigentlich perfekt.

Wunderbare Erfahrung! Ferienwohnung für 3 bis 4 Personen optimal, sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wege zum Einkaufen und Strand waren sehr kurz. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!
Einzig ein Handtuch zum abtrocknen von Geschirr könnte bei den sonst reichlich vorhandenen Putzutensilien liegen. Daran hatten wir nicht gedacht. Alles andere wirklich einmalig.

Erholung in guter Lage.
Schönes, neues Haus in guter Lage. Zum Strand, Edeka, Restaurants etc. sind es nur ein paar Meter. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus
Das Haus ist wirklich toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist gut und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Leider war der Hochstuhl verdreckt und wir mussten den Anschnallgurt erst selbst zusammenbauen. Außerdem ist Recht wenig Kinder-Geschirr vorhanden.
In den oberen Etagen wird es sehr warm und leider sind die Verdunklungsrollos sehr hell.
Ansonsten besticht die Lage zum Strand. Toll ist außerdem die Mappe mit den Karten der Restaurants und Ausflugszielen in der Gegend.
Außerdem ist der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert und es wird sehr zeitnah auf Fragen geantwortet.
