The Expedia description was that the hotel had a 24/7 reception, however, when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 pm due to late train connections, no one was at the hotel. "This is a wonderful hotel, They have an awesome breakfast with so many options. All types of breads & rolls o clouding an excellent one with nuts and cinnamon. Many choices from meats, cheeses, eggs & condiments. They had several selections of fresh fruits. The apricots & peaches were so flavorful. Several selections of waters & juices as well as a coffee machine with multiple selections. They even had a warmer for their cups. Staff are wonderful. It was only 1/2 hour to Ulm & the drive is worth it. The extra gas is well compensated for by the lower cost of the booking."

"We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. Location was fabulous and rooms were cute with well equipped kitchen. "
