"Room was very clean and bathroom also very clean. Having a clothes washer, dishwasher and refrigerator in the room was a big plus. Not many dining options nearby. Close to train and bus station. Nearby grocery store. Reception staff very helpful. Did not partake of the breakfast so unable to review."

HOWEVER if you do get a first floor duplex, be forewarned, the beds are in a loft one very STEEP flight up- and the bathroom is downstairs and there is no getting a suitcase up the stairs, so if that's a concern, choose a standard room. "Excellent hotel to stay at if you Oktoberfest! Very friendly staff, clean room, and super quiet! The hotel piano bar is a great spot to wind down after a day of exploring the city. It is less than a 10 minute walk from the Oktoberfest grounds and less than 20 from the old town city square. "
