I stay here all the time when I’m working as it’s straight onto the M6 so location is great BUT it’s the staff that are always lovely & helpful especially the amazing Jackie who is always there at breakfast and literally makes you feel happy & comfortable as she is extremely professional

Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out.
