The 55 m² apartment is located in Höchenschwand in the Black Forest and accommodates 2 guests in one bedroom. The tastefully furnished living room with its large windows offers a wonderful view of the outdoors. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/bathtub, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi, cable TV, a coffee machine, and a workspace are also provided for your comfort. Only four steps lead to the property, and the apartment itself is step-free. Large windows and your private balcony allow you to enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The spacious rooms are stylishly decorated and the garden is very well maintained.



Enjoy the peaceful setting and the views from the apartment. The heated communal indoor pool is available to you daily from 7 am to 7 pm, as is the well-kept shared garden.



You can park in the communal parking area on the property, and public transport is nearby. One pet is allowed. Washing machine and dryer are available in the building for an extra fee.
