If we would have needed it, I could have asked the property manager and she would have communicated promptly as she did with questions before the trip. Great kitchen with helpful ammenties. "Hot tub was not working. Host did send a tech out but it could not be repaired. Host refused any compensation claiming their “policy” is that if anything is Broken you just have to deal with it. We only picked this cabin because it had a hot tub so this was a real waste of money for us. "

"The cabin was very on theme with Harry Potter. And beautiful setting. Lots for kids to do. Ropes course, pool, video games and hot tub. We were in winter so did not get to use the deck movie screen but looked fun."
