"When we got there only one persons to help and there was afew people so it took awhile to get checked in and then we were told the elevator was not work and we could go somewhere else if we liked but after a 3 hour drive and it was getting late what could we do but climb up 6 floors and ruined are night"

"I love booking the Sheraton Albuquerque uptown because it's consistently wonderful. It's clean, staff is welcoming, positive, and customer friendly. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. It feels like home away from home. The only average rating I gave the property was because the poor little Sheraton is getting older and it is visible. Other than that this place is wonderful. I would recommend to anyone and everyone."
