A good basic hotel unfortunately no air conditioning in the room with a small window so uncomfortably hot. There was a good choice of hot/cold buffet breakfast.

Der Check-in hat überhaupt nicht geklappt. Ich hatte 2 Doppelzimmer gebucht und eins war nur verfügbar,das Zweite gab es nicht.Nach ca.1 Std.wurde uns gesagt das Zimmer kostet 95€ aber in der Buchungsbestätigung stand 89€. Dann bekamen wir auch einen Zimmerschlüssel, als wir das Zimmer beziehen wollten war das Zimmer schon belegt. Wir wieder an die Rezeption da wurde uns gesagt das kann nicht sein das nächste Zimmer war nicht sauber gemacht und so bekamen wir dann endlich ein Zimmer das wir beziehen konnten. Am nächsten Morgen beim Auschecken wollte sie wieder 95€ für das Zimmer haben laut unserer Bestätigung haben wir nur 89€ bezahlt. Wir haben im Oktober nochmal 2 Doppelzimmer in dem Hotel ich weiß noch nicht ob ich nicht lieber stornieren soll.

Staat van het hotel en de kamer is gedateerd. Licht op de gang deed het niet , moesten met de zaklamp van de telefoon de kamer zoeken. Bed is goed en alles is schoon. Service en ontbijt zijn prima. Zeker voor deze prijs.

Had to break- up the long drive in my itenerary.No airconditiong so had to have the window open with a church bell ringing every 15 minutes ...very secure carpark under hotel.

Akzeptables Hotel aber renovierungsbedürftig

Zimmer waren schon recht abgewohnt. Fenster zur Strasse lies sich nicht recht verschließen, deshalb laut. Toilette hatte starken Urin Geruch.

Good value for money

Hotel was good value for money. Breakfast was good staff were very helpful. The car parking was 8 euros per day but it is very secure. There is a public car park around the rear of the hotel which is free from 6pm to 8am but you have to pay in the day. The Brauhaus is very good for food and drink and is opposite the hotel entrance across the car park. The church bells are a little annoying as they start at 6am but I guess its an historical thing for the area and it is part of the culture.

Als Unterkunft ganz gut

Der Service des Hotels war sehr gut,immer und alle sehr freundlich.Die Einrichtung hatte Ihre besten Jahre hinter sich,wobei alles sehr sauber war,bis auf die Duschwanne...Diese weißt Schimmel am Silikon auf. Alles in allem gut.Was mich ,uns , am meisten störte war, das es sehr Hell hörig ist und wir kaum ein Auge zugemacht haben.

No-frills hotel in Hockenheim, worth the money

The hotel is slightly dated but price is fair. Location is right within the city centre and there are restaurants nearby, which helps, though it's not extremely close to the train station. If you're visiting to see the race track, you will need to walk around half an hour to reach it. Parking is free outside, paid underground. Staff can be hit or miss - some are really friendly, others act as if they don't care. Room was clean, though the bathroom could be improved. Breakfast was higher than average. Overall, a no-frills place to stay in Hockenheim.

Hier sollte gearbeitet werden...

Leider hat der Service weder mein Check-In noch beim Check-Out in irgendeiner Art und Weise geklappt. Viele Dinge wurden doppelt abgefragt, obwohl ja eine digitale Buchung vorgelegen haben sollte. Zudem entfernten sich Mitarbeiter von der Rezeption, obwohl noch Kunden warteten. Wie erklärt man denn sowas? Was soll ein Kunde da denken? Das der sich entfernende Mitarbeiter keine Lust hat? Der Zustand des Hotels innen kann wohl am besten mit renovierungsbedürftig beschrieben werden. Überall sind Kanten abgestoßen und Teppiche verschlissen. Zudem waren deutlich zu wenige Handtücher im Zimmer.
