Gorgeous new home just steps from Kingston Beach – amazing views! Serene garden patio with outdoor double soaking tub and Solo smokeless fire pit. 3 bedrooms (queen, double, single), sleeps 5. The open living area features floor to ceiling windows that floods the clean, contemporary community space… including: a cosy sitting area with 2 couches, an arm chair and smart-streaming TV; a chefs dream kitchen with 5 burner gas stove and large island; and a Tassie Oak dining table for 6, with light and the beauty of the beach view The house features a half bath upstairs and a full wet room bath - with indoor free-standing soaking tub and rainfall shower downstairs. The three bedrooms--queen, double, single-- are all downstairs (fitted with warm, cozy duvets in the winter, there is also a heater in every room). The master bedroom opens to the serene garden patio where you can relax to the gentle sound of the waves while you play with the fire or relax in the outdoor tub. It is only a 3-minute stroll to glorious Kingston Beach, a great place to walk the long sandy crescent beach, eat at the iconic Salty Dog (live music Sunday afternoon), or enjoy world class coffee, pizza, Japanese inspired seafood or one of the other great restaurants! The villa serves as a great base for exploring all Tasmania has to offer, only 15 minutes to Hobart it makes the perfect base for exploring the unique beauty and sometimes outrageous culture that is Tassie.

Beautiful villa with fantastic views

The villa is in a beautiful location overlooking Kingston Beach. Peaceful and close enough to hear the waves at night. A short walk down to great restaurants and coffee shops. It’s very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary wine, cheese and chocolates were very much enjoyed. We had a fabulous stay and will be back for sure.

Kingston Beach Beauty

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The view was spectacular and the location was fantastic. We loved the beach and the window boxes were a fantastic viewing and reading spot. We were left a lovely selection of nibbles and cheese as well as a lovely bottle of bubbles. It was a lovely surprise to open the fridge and see the goodies left for us. It’s really special when the accomodation goes that extra mile. We would highly recommend this wonderful place.

Stunning beachhouse

What a stunning modern beachhouse , so close to Kingston Beach , lovely views into the Bay , the beach just down the walkway. The house had everything we could need, the kitchen is so well set up for cooking . All very spacious. Lovely artwork , and lots of finishing touches. We used the property as a base for hiking around Hobart, Bruny Island and Mt Wellington. Karen and Bob were great to communicate with. Thanks so much .
