The Space:
Derwent House Lower Level offers a spacious, modern and fully self-contained three-bedroom home, perfect for families, couples or small groups visiting Hobart.

Comfortably accommodating up to six guests, the home features three bedrooms with two queen beds and two single beds, along with two full bathrooms, an additional toilet, full laundry facilities and free off-street parking for one vehicle.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop, microwave, cooking equipment and basic pantry essentials, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.

An open plan kitchen, dining and living area provides plenty of room to gather, relax and unwind, complete with a Smart TV and free unlimited WiFi.

Guests can also enjoy their own private courtyard, offering a lovely outdoor space to relax.

Hotel-quality linen and bedding are provided, along with a port-a-cot for younger guests. Additional comforts include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hairdryer, iron, laundry powder and cleaning products.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Lower Level of Derwent House, including all three bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas, laundry and private courtyard.

The Lower Level has its own separate entrance and includes just one internal step.

One free off-street parking space is provided.

The Upper Level may be occupied by other guests during your stay. Although the two levels are connected by an internal staircase, the connecting door remains securely locked whenever the levels are booked separately, ensuring your privacy.

The driveway is the only shared outdoor area.

Bellerive is one of Hobart's most popular and convenient suburbs, offering the perfect combination of relaxed coastal living, fantastic local amenities and easy access to the Hobart CBD. Located on the eastern shore of the Derwent River, Bellerive is an ideal place to stay for visitors wanting to explore Hobart while enjoying a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Getting into Hobart couldn't be easier, with the CBD less than a 10-minute drive away, or enjoy a scenic ferry ride across the Derwent River from nearby Bellerive Pier, arriving right in the heart of Hobart's waterfront precinct.

Bellerive has a wonderful village atmosphere, with an excellent selection of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, takeaway options and local shops, all within easy walking distance. Getting Around:
We highly recommend hiring a car to expolre Hobart and Southern Tasmania. We offer free on site parking for two cars. For those visitnig without a car, we are located a 1 minute walk to public bus transport, and a 5 minute walk to the Derwent Ferry Service which sails to the city.

Other Things to Note:
The Lower Level has just one internal step and features walk-in showers, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Derwent House is divided into two fully self-contained accommodation areas. The Upper Level may be occupied by other guests during your stay, but each level has its own private entrance and facilities. The internal connecting door remains locked for separate bookings.

The driveway is shared, with one designated off-street parking space for the Lower Level.

The entire five-bedroom house is also available to book for larger families and groups.
