Central Hobart Studio

Welcome to my studio located in the heart of Hobart. This charming and cozy space is the perfect home base for your next adventure in this beautiful city.
As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy space that's been thoughtfully decorated with modern furnishings and artwork.

One of the highlights of this space is its location. You'll be within walking distance of many of Hobart's top attractions, including the historic Salamanca Market and the Hobart waterfront.

The Space:
The studio features an open-plan living and sleeping area, creating a comfortable and functional space for your stay. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa providing the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring the city.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils you need to prepare meals, including a fridge, microwave, and gas stove. There is also a dining table and chairs for enjoying your meals or working on your laptop.

It is the perfect place to call home during your stay. The spacious king-sized bed will ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating sleep, and the convenient location will allow you to explore all that Hobart has to offer.

Please note this is a studio apartment and therefore all *open plan*, with no separate space for the bedroom.

Guest Access:
Gusts will have full use of the studio space during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
Positioned just a short stroll from the Hobart waterfront, where you can take a scenic walk along the docks and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The location is perfect to explore not only the Hobart waterfront but North Hobart. Which both display a diverse range of restaurants, cafes, and bars, making either the perfect spot to indulge in some delicious food and drink options for every taste and budget.

For those who prefer to spend time in nature, the studio is also close to several parks and green spaces, including the tranquil Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful oasis in the heart of the city, surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.

With so much to see and do in the surrounding area, the location is perfect for exploring all that Hobart has to offer. Whether you're looking to indulge in some local cuisine, soak up some stunning scenery, or simply relax and unwind, the studio is the perfect base for your Hobart adventure.

Getting around from my property is easy and convenient, thanks to its central location. Many of the city's top attractions are within walking distance, so you can easily explore the city on foot.

If you're looking to venture further afield, there are several public transportation options available nearby, including buses, taxis and ride share options. The nearest bus stop is just a short walk from the apartment, and there are several taxi stands in the surrounding area.

For those who prefer to drive, there are several car rental companies located in the city centre, offering a range of vehicles to suit your needs. Parking is available on the street outside the apartment, and there are several public car parks located within a few blocks of the apartment.

Alternatively, you can explore Hobart by bicycle, with several bike rental companies located nearby. There are also several bike lanes and dedicated paths throughout the city, making it easy and safe to cycle around.

No matter how you choose to get around, my studio is the perfect home base for your Hobart adventure, with convenient access to all the city has to offer.
