The hotel is degraded. Renovation needed. The closet door was broken. Furniture is old . Breakfast doesn’t have much choices.

Windows are poorly sealed so you can hear every motorcycle horn all night, mattress feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the A/C did not cool well. Aesthetically is a nice place unfortunately you cannot test these things through the photos so lost 1 night of reservation money as I could not sleep there another night. It truly is a shame that there are out more protections in place for reservations. You basically look at beautiful photos and book a week only to be disappointed and out of your hard earned money with 0 recourse. Sad

Attentive and helpful staff. Excellent location for shopping. Quiet enough if on a high floor. Good view of park in front of hotel. Very pleased so coming back to stay next week,
