Yen, who worked in the clubhouse was amazing! She has such great customer service skills and a very friendly attitude. The room was very clean, service in the restaurants was great. I really enjoyed my stay and if I come back, I'll be sure to stay here again. I stayed for six nights.

I recently stayed at the Windsor Plaza Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City and had a delightful experience. The hotel itself boasts a splendid property, combining modern amenities with a touch of traditional charm, making it a comfortable and inviting place to stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by the staff at the Business Lounge. They were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, creating a welcoming atmosphere that was greatly appreciated. The happy hour at the lounge was a real treat, featuring a variety of delicious snacks and beverages that provided a perfect end to my busy days. The hotel’s commitment to maintaining and updating its facilities was evident. However, I did notice that despite the bathrooms being renovated, they still retained an outdated look which slightly detracted from the overall modern feel of the hotel. Additionally, while most services were impeccable, I found room service to be somewhat inconsistent and off-track. In summary, Windsor Plaza Hotel offers a wonderful stay with its impressive property and outstanding Business Lounge staff. A few improvements in room service and bathroom aesthetics would make it even more exceptional. Despite these minor issues, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

It’s nice that it’s close to shopping centre and China Town. Lots of choices for food. The restaurants inside the hotel are rather nice. The only thing is the decor is slightly old fashion, otherwise everything is pretty good.

For me I like there have gym and swim pool, but regret that the swimming pool is small. Of course the staffs are nice. If I have chance come to Vietnam again I will stay here.

It was reasonably price. Hotel has friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was far from district one but overall the area is safe and convenient. the only issue i have was that my room smelled cigarette the whole time. There were no other rooms available when we requested to transfer

The place is nice and price is kind expensive because holiday. I was vip and i want check in early. They did not allow me so i had to wait around after landing fro long flight. I ask if i can get a standing shower and they said i had paid more. The reason i ask standing shower instead a bath tub because last they i slip on floor because the bath tub is so high. Anyway i guess vip means nothing since they have lot booking for holiday. I even stay with the hotel 3 day priorty i book for christmas days. Anyway. I hope it will improve because i saw lot more hotel around it and is cheaper. And i am sure i can check in early.
