The rooms need remodelling and cleaning thoroughly. The curtains and furniture is very dated. The shower doesn't drain and is disgusting. The air conditioning is not powerful at all, i asked to borrow a fan from the female receptionists and was told no. The tour guide then asked the male night receptionist and suddenly one was available! After a 10 days in other accommodation, including an overnight train and a boat, this was the worst!

Staff are incredible and very accommodating. It is a little dated but still lovely. The bed could be a bit softer. Great location and walking distance to everything.

Great Place to stay
excellent from the moment I stepped into the lobby the service is first rate, I asked for a table for my room to put my luggage on and it was done, all you could ever want from a hotel was done for you all arrangements for tours taxis

No outlets!
There were no electrical outlets in the bathroom, and on my last night I finally found ONE outlet in the room hidden behind the curtain. Until then, I had to get under the desk and unplug the lamp to plug in my phone, then had to get under again to unplug phone and plug in hair dryer. Not fun.

I would not rate this hotel 4 stars. Upon check in the hotel did not have my booking, I had to show my confirmation email at least 4 times. The rooms are small and dark with very hard beds and pillows. I would recommend skipping the breakfast and going else where. The pool and "gym" are terrible. When checking out we had asked staff to order us a taxi, after waiting over 20 mintues, we than went out on the street and ordered it ourselves which came in less than 1 minute.

Pros: Location is great, staff were pleasant, room was clean, breakfast was average Cons: Pool lining has lifted, gym equipment is minimal and may as well not be there, no lighting in the rooms other than bedside lamps which made it quite dark but still ok with windows open.

Great Choice
This is a great hotel in a fantastic location. Close to many restaurants and the market. Staff were all polite and helpful. Only issue was the wifi being a little slow.

Nice, quiet rooms with a view and a big bed. Lots of pillows and a cozy quilt. The roof top pool was a great addition to cool off insince it was record high temps when I went. Decent breakfast was included between 6-10. Didn’t see anybody buying drinks and food as they are overpriced for what you get. Staff was nice especially the man working upstairs everyday at the pool. Thanks for being a great host

The ventilation system of the hotel is very poor as the neighbours' bathroom stunk my whole room which made us sick. Besides, the sound proofing of the building is not strong enough which we can hear people's slamming their doors all the time.

Great location - super close to all the action. The staff weren't as friendly as some and the airport transfer is far too expensive, I recommend using the transfer service at the actual airport, was half the price quoted by the hotel and we were in a private car, not a shuttle bus. The room was nice, bathroom was clean and spacious. No complaints.

Lovely central hotel near ben than market Saigon
Very convenient in District 1, market, palace, Norte dame, post office, puppet show, opera house etc. Staff all very courteous. Delicious breakfast, loved the shower. Pool area very relaxing after a warm busy day. Local buses easy for Airport and Chi Chi tunnels. All in all I would definitely recommend.

Nice staff, terrible facility.
Room was cramped, poorly ventilated, shower and sink kept getting clogged. Suppose to be a 4 star. It is more lime a 2 stars.

hotel not worth 4 star
not worth the price I'm paying for..room is dark in the evening with poor lighting..towel with blood marks..room service - I call for ice but they staff can ask me to collect myself from the restaurant.
