I've stayed here several times and its a decent hotel, with silk robes in the closet, and ethernet ports in the room. However it's not a 3 Star hotel. If they were really a 3-Star hotel they would display their government issued 3-Star plaque on the front of the building or behind the front desk. It's nowhere to be seen probably because they don't have one. Their sister hotel Asian Ruby Central has a 2-Star plaque in the front.
I booked the Deluxe Room listed as 27 m2. I measured 25 m2, so it's about right. Keep in mind that their Deluxe Double Rooms and Deluxe Twin rooms are not the same size, even though they group them in the same category. For example, the Deluxe Twin Room is 25 m2, but the Deluxe Double room is half the size. Both are Deluxe rooms, but one is a lot smaller than the other. So if you are going to book a room, book the twin room instead, and then have them put the two twin beds together to form a large bed. If you get the Deluxe Double room, the room is going to be half the size of the Deluxe twin room.
The Deluxe and Premium rooms are similar except the Premium rooms have a view of the park. I recommend you book the Premium Twin Room because the window has a nice view of the park. Ask them to put the two twin beds together. The Premium Double room is too small. The Deluxe Double room has a view of the city, but is too small. The Deluxe Twin room is larger, but has no views - the window looks at a staircase.
