"On our first day coming back from site seeing we found that our room was not serviced we had to go and complain, room was full of spider web. second day the lights went off from 7pm till 12pm no one bothered to explain what was happening bring us candles we used our cell phones to light the room @10:30 we called the manager who told us that Eskom is busy fixing it then we asked for candles he brought them @ 11H00 coz he was out. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming especially Musa."
