This is a beautiful, clean and modern hotel. Had 4 beds in our room which was perfect. Public Bath was huge and clean. Breakfast was excellent with a large selection. Quiet neighbourhood and it seems to cater to larger tour groups, which may not be everyone's preference. Family Mart in the hotel is great to have. Very easy access to Disney parks (10 minutes) and Tokyo station (7 minutes) from train station nearby.

The hotel was well situated. It was in the upscale resdential Azabujuban neighborhood. There were convenience stores, interesting restaurants and bars near by. Rooms were on the small side (though dominated by a huge bed). Unless you have a subscription to a streaming service, no English (or other than Japanese) language television was available. Bring an HDMI cable to connect to the TV if you have those services on your computer. Pleasant 24 hour coffee area, bars in the hotel, but no restaurants beyond breakfast, which was very nice. Definitely a really nice stay.

Wonderful hotel near Shinagawa Station! Highly suggest. This was our first hotel in Japan and was such a perfect landing space. The staff was helpful, the room was well arranged (and roomy), overall facility was perfect for us. AND it was only a short walk to a super busy station, so it was easy to get around! Stay here - splurge on a corner room - start your trip off right like we did!

Convenient location, airport bus stop, rooms very narrow but work as a place to sleep. Walks are thin but this seemed to be the case in all hotels we stayed in during our trip. Staff were helpful. The check in process seems inefficient but luggage can be stored.
