"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great very near at the Train Station. I would recommend to friends, and we’ll definitely stay again if we come back in katsuta."

"You get your own parking spot right out front of your room. The room itself is a nice size. There’s a vending machine and washing machine onsite as well. The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. "I was required to have my room "cleaned" after only being in the room for 3 days, in spite of my request to clean it myself. I had to sit in the cold for an hour and a half waiting. I am glad I was given a folding chair. This experience was very inconvenient. The company requires cancellation (where you loose your money) if you want to make any changes. It is ridiculous."
