"Received very helpful instructions from Alberto to locate and enter the property. The room was compact, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the fridge was very helpful. Great location and I would definitely recommend this property."

"Como is expensive town, but this place is ecxellent compared to offered price. Everything is equipped well including cookong, heater works very warm. View in terrace is stunning. Location is a few blocks away from center of town. Only a few reviews here, but do not worry about place. It is very hidden jewel."

"I stayed in a single room with a twin bed, desk, area to put luggage and a nice bathroom with a small shower. There wss a closet with a safe. Breakfast had coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, croissants and a fruit torte. Breakfast was excellent. My room was on the courtyard so it wss quiet. On Friday night, they had a very loud rock concert going on in the square until 11:30 p.m. which could be heard in my room. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely go back."
