"This house delivered all that was promised. The location was great. The view of the castle was fantastic. Functionally the house had everything; each bedroom had its own private bathroom along with another downstairs, kitchen was well equipped and there was a well maintained pool. WiFi worked great. We were in Italy during a heat wave so the air conditioning and pool were life savers for us. Alessandro was a perfect host. Great response on communication before our visit and even better once we arrived. He also made some great suggestions and gave us some pointers on how to get around (we had rented a car). Please note that while the house is about 1 km into to San Gimignano, the walk is all up hill, so might not be good for everyone. Driving into town works and there a several pay lots available outside the castle. We did both, walked and drove."
