"Upon arrival the system was down, so we couldn’t check in. We were asked to wait 20-30 mins while the system was rebooting. The condition of the room was another story. In the bathroom alone, tile was missing, water damage hole in the shower, and the toilet rocked every time you sat down. I was very disappointed in the condition and then the price charged to stay in a room of that nature. "
