"We’ve been coming to this place since 2019. Beautiful property, nice and clean rooms. Like location and the way it situated. Nice stuff. The only problem this year that it had a very poor wi-fi connection. You get password for “free wi-fi” but it connects for 2 sec and then disconnects and doesn’t even see it on available networks. No signal. So, prepare to use your data. Hope, this problem will be fixed soon because it is a big downfall for most guests. They have a nice breakfast but could use more often refills and not to wait for almost empty plates. But we like this place anyway and give 4 stars for this year just because of internet."

"The house is the perfect beach getaway. It had everything we needed but the absolute best was the beach and views. Couldn't ask for more. We loved the outside deck and the outside seating around the table. I was the best 2 nights that I've spent. Kerry, the host was also great! Love the quaint town of Sandwich with fabulous restaurants and so much to do! Thanks Kerry! "

"We loved our stay at the Belfry! The Tuesday room was fantastic with high ceilings, a fireplace, jacuzzi tub and private balcony. The bar/restaurant downstairs was perfect for a nightcap at the end of our day. The host was very nice and served us an amazing breakfast. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"Only property we have been to that does not supply face clothes and bath soap. Bi-folding door to washer & dryer was falling off hinges. Not big drawbacks, just surprising.Great location, wonderful view of the beach and sea life.House was nicely decorated. Would consider staying there again. "
