"Staff was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The pool was very nice but needs to be shocked every week or after alot of swimmers have been in the pool! Absolutely loved valet, that was definitely a plus. And most of everything you wanna do in Chicago is right next to the hotel!!"

"The hotel and the rooms were very clean and fresh. The Staff was very friendly and greeted us coming in and going out. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. I usually don't sleep very good the first night or two in a hotel room but I was out quickly. The rooms were very quiet and we had a room directly across from the elevators which worried me about too much noise but I barely heard anything from inside or outside even from the L train which runs directly outside. Public transportation is extremely close to the hotel. We would definitely stay here again."

"Outdated rooms and our heater stopped working overnight and the temp fell to 60's which felt freezing given it was zero outside with snow flurries But Matt the maintenance guy came quickly at 6 am thankfully and got it back up and running. Other than that, a truly beautiful hotel and the restaurant staff and front desk guys were amazing!"
