"The only thing that was nice was the pool. My bed sheets were torn and had stains on them. Only 1 restaurant open to eat at the food was not very good to eat. My patty melt was a hamburger. Fries were cold. there was a pizza place and Panda Express and thrifty ice cream for fast food. The ice machine was broken on our floor and the next floor also. The Casino smelled musty"

"Had a nice stay. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location. The hotel staff is very welcoming. Only con is bathroom in our room was a little outdated, but overall had a wonderful stay. Would definitely return."

"We had a broken outlet to charge our phones. And the valet was not as helpful. They actually lost our vehicle but did eventually find it. The room was incredibly small and our window looked out to slum which was disappointing for paying what we did"

"They only cleaned one of the rooms one out of four nights . There was no shampoo or body wash in one of the rooms. The other room was fine. The staff at happy hour and breakfast and garage was excellent."

"The stay was nice however my reservation was supposed to include early chk in and out. I arrived at 230p and my room was not available. I was offered a down grade. Went to lunch returned at 430p and was told it still was not ready. Again offered to downgrade my room from a deluxe to a standard double queen. After voicing my displeasure I was then put into an available room. Why wasn't it just offered to begin with. Anyways, the rooftop bar and lounge was cool. Dj played a great variety of genre. We didn't stay late thought maybe 1030-11p. Overall it's a great location and a good price. Cheaper to self park in the garage directly across the street or use the ParkWhiz app."
