"Pool was beautiful. House and pool area could use some sprucing up. Outside furniture was rusty and thin pads on all the chairs. Overall it looked neglected. Half the bathrooms lights were burned out in the master bath. Slow draining sink in the master bath too. Shower/Tub in the guest bathroom was slow draining too. When I went to use the vacuum to clean, it hadn’t been emptied. Gross! These were all things that should have been taken care of before we arrived. If I learned anything from this trip is too complain the first day. Kitchen was pretty empty as far as silverware goes. A lot of empty cabinets that could have used some plastic glassware and dishes. Nothing was labeled either. Charged us 300.00 a week to heat the pool and spa. The first 3 days it wasn’t working so they refunded us 85.00. I don’t know how they figured out the math on that. Overall I would give it two stars. One for Arthur our host and one for the pool. I think VRBO needs to have a check in with your host as soon as you arrive. We were clearly disappointed in this house."

"Kitchen was fully stocked! Home was very clean. Owner was easy to communicate with. Plenty of amenities and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Pool area was clean and water was warm! We had a blast playing in the pool and spa! "
