"Rooms were filthy, more than one light was not working, outlets not working or missing covers, door deadbolt did not lock, and tv had limited channels. The overall condition felt more like a motel. Very dated. Staff were friendly and helpful however I cannot recommend this hotel, and will NOT be staying here if we travel to the area again. "

"Staff was great the room was not the door was broke and would lock sometimes and other times it would not there was no shower curtain in my room had to go to front desk and they gave me one not put it in but gave me one to put in ?? Room was not clean !"

"Water park closed at 8 which is way to early! We arrived on Friday night and didn't get to go to the water park until Sunday morning and just for a little while.
You had to buy anything you wanted. No coffee pots in room, nor courtesy pots in the lobby. Coffee should be available to guests at all times."

"The room was clean and tidy. No complaints about the room. I didn’t realize that when you stay multiple days housekeeping doesn’t come at all while you’re there unless requested. Kinda disappointing but not really a big deal. Staff was friendly and courteous. I didn’t make it to breakfast either day so I cannot rate that. Outside was neat and clean. Parking lot well lit as well. "

"Probably the dirtiest hotel I have been to. Unfortunately the mixed reviews I read before booking had me mislead as I chose to give the benefit of the doubt. I am not wanting to check into a room with pee on the toilet seat, no shower curtain, hairs in the bathtub, dirty stains covering the floor, phone that does not have all buttons or even a dial tone. I was beyond grossed out and only give 2 stars because when I addressed the front desk, who was clearly struggling to keep up with all the people checking in or other issues I overheard while waiting, was kind and friendly. Never ever going back to this place nor recommend."

"Dirty plastic silverware on the floor. The bathroom garbage was full when we checked in. Bathroom was definitely not cleaned. Doubt the room was cleaned either but good enough to sleep in for the weekend."
