"El hotel es bastante bueno tiene muchisimas variedad por hacer ademas de la playa y picsina las habitaciones estan comodas y el servicio al cliente es bueno pero le falta calidad. Es un hotel bien grande a lo cual le falta un personal calificado para el mismo ya que hay cosas que suceden , responsabilidad del servicio hotelero que el personal no esta capacitado , es mi experiencia Pueden mejorar muchas cosas como la coordinacion de las entrada al hotel para mi la peor experiencia, a la hora de sacar los restaurantes tienes que asesorarte bien porque no es lo que te cuentan a la hora de llegar al restaurant ejemplo el restaurante Japones pregunten sobre este especificamente cosas que pueden mejorar sin problema solo es cuestion de coordinacion. La picsina muy buena la playa igual tienen algunos buffet que se vuelven restaurantes en la noche hacen actividades de show en la noche que te entretienen y la pasas bien ademas de discoteca y casino El personal del buffet se ven un poco cansados obvio es trabajo pero es algo que se nota el agotamiento y en la noche solo tienen un sport bar abierto no hay mas nada en caso que tengas hambre. Por mis conclusiones el hotel esta bueno si es para vacacionar con familia niños especialmente, esta muy bien, muchas picsinas para los nenes."

"Bring your own towels and wash cloths besides they only give one set and you have to keep asking for more. Food was subpar and drinks were so so.also there was hair on both pillows on our bed."
