"My wife and I had an incredible stay here 10/10! This resort is absolutely beautiful, and everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. We upgraded to the Excellence Club, and it was completely worth it. Having access to the private pools, beach, and restaurant made our stay even more relaxing and luxurious. We also booked the airport transportation through Seasons Transfers, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our favorite restaurant was Chez Isabelle, the French restaurant. We stayed in the Junior Swim-Up Suite, which was one of the highlights of our trip. The heated swim-up pool was shared with only four other couples, making it peaceful and much more private than the main pool. The waitstaff regularly stopped by to take drink and food orders, even at our private pool. Be sure to try the fresh juices and smoothies at the Revive Bar (8 AM–5 PM) they’re a must! We also loved the hydrotherapy and massage at the spa. A special thank you to Esteban, one of the activities directors. He took the time to get to know us, personally invited us to activities, and truly made our stay more enjoyable. The resort app was also excellent, with menus, activity schedules, and 24-hour messaging all in one place. Lastly, we felt completely safe during our stay. The resort had security measures in place, verified guests entering the property, and kept track of anyone leaving on excursions. We can’t wait to come back!"

"The family rooms are very spacious. It is nice to have 4 beds. The jacuzzi outside is great to have, we enjoyed it daily. Something which is definitely missing is a snack bar/pool bar. There are no food options around the beach/pool or waterparks. No coffee shop, no ice cream shop either. Never had this before at any resort. Activity program was also not so great. Not much they do for the kids or adults. The waterpark is good to have, but if you aren’t premium, you will have to pay daily. Definitely missed some good foam parties, games etc. also music. The resort is huge. Spa was nice. My massage was ok, not great tho. Buffet food wasn’t great, not much flavor. The evening restaurants were good. All in all it was a nice hotel, but wouldn’t go back."

"Punta Cana is my new favorite vacation location! That being said this was my first time at this location in DR! The facilities were pretty but there were pros and cons to the stay Pros: -Great pool selection -Buffett was consistent on any day as far as food taste -Staff was kind and super helpful -Tram service is an awesome amenity to take you from the front to the ocean! Cons: -The resturants were super inconsistent! Almost everyone one I ate at something was either not good or the food came out cold -The staff was spread thin so alot of days the swim bars were packed and only had one bartender or the Buffett was packed and they would run out of plates OFTEN -The room had a mildew scent from time to time (humidity not friendly to the rooms) -the shower was consistently not hot at night I would go back for the staff and the amenities but hoping there is more consistency next time! Ps Tepenyaki Restaurant is AHMAZINGG!! Go as often as you can!"

"I liked the friendly staff, the abundance of food and drinks was something we enjoyed. What we didn’t like is the lack of room housekeepers and the cleanliness of the bedsheets used. Also it was clear that there was a seaweed season and they didn’t seem to be prepared to have it clean that to some extent ruined the beauty of the sea view and the opportunity to swim."
