Private: natural state property with trees, meadow. Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Parking at the house at 100 m. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bakery 1 km, café 1 km, bus stop "Blumenladen" 1.7 km, railway station "Hinterzarten" 1.6 km, indoor swimming pool 8 km. Walking paths from the house 5 m, ski lift 3 km, slopes 3 km, sled run 300 m, cross country ski track 100 m, ice rink 200 m. Nearby attractions: Skimuseum Hinterzarten 100 m, Titisee 8 km. Sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus mit wunderbarem Blick auf die Umgebung. Wegen des etwa entfernten Parkplatzes und der Treppe zum Haus sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.
