"This is a huge complex resort, beautiful ground, first floor apartment (studio type with kitchen) has backyard table sets, feel very relaxing! Super close to the ferry to Hallstatt like 5 minutes walk! Staff are nice, breakfast good. We ate in the on site restaurant, delicious food! it’s about 15 minutes drive to Hallstatt, make it a great choice for short visit to the area! Room itself is pretty simple, very small bathroom but serve the purpose! No any extra amenities like tissue, only necessities!"

"It was such a nice and pretty hotel in an incredible location, I ended up extending my stay five days longer that planned The receptionists, the housekeeping team , the restaurant staff were all so helpful . The pool and sauna were nice and most of al the access to the trains and buses to explore the whole area . Bad Ischl was the perfect base . Hotel is next door to Kaiser Villa , so convenient, and to the supermarket too . A good full breakfast and my room was spacious and so nice . I really look forward coming back with friends and family to enjoy such a nice set up in such a beautiful area "

"Great accommodation — modern, clean, and very spacious. Both the room and bathroom offered more space than you usually find in a hotel. I appreciated the high-quality, spotless materials (bed sheets, mattress, pillows, towels, etc.). Breakfast was not huge in variety (but all you need), but everything provided was fresh and of excellent quality. The location is also perfect, close to the city center and many restaurants."

"The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. My stay included breakfast, which was available between 7am - 10am. It meant that I didn't have to get up too early for it. The spa and pool were great, very clean and also had amenities such as snacks, water and hot drinks. They were both open for very long hours so i was able to use them after I returned to the hotel after my day outs. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it's in middle of Bad Aussee, just the spa and pool is worth going to!"
