"The hotel was very accommodating for our late check in. The room was clean and looked the way it did in the photos. There is a shop and hairdesser inside of the hotel. The pool was the best part. It was very large and clean. The restaurant stayed open until midnight which was helpful. "

"The apartment was amazing. I did not realize it was going to be a full apartment. They had a coffee maker with coffee pods in it. They even had a washer and dryer.. if I ever come back to Seville, I would most definitely stay here and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place for their vacation in Seville. The front desk employees were amazing., they were so friendly and helpful and nice."

"Hotel was very good but I have to say, my family got embarrassed during breakfast. I prepaid breakfast but the personnel who should have been at the front to greet people coming in were not there at that time. She eventually caught up and asked for my room number to which I replied back. After 1 minute or so, in the middle of the breakfast area, she says to me in a commanding and very audible voice 'No No No. . . You have not paid for breakfast'. And she does this that everyone in that room could hear. My family was embarrassed. She should me the list and there are the names of four of our family members. I expected more from this hotel as it gives an impression of professionalism at best. But I felt treated like a 'gate crasher'. Not professional enough for an international clientele. Needed more training. It is difficult for me to recommend this hotel to my friends because of such experience."

"Restaurant was buffet style and above average. Staff was pleasant and helpful. AC in the room was underwhelming and non existent at some times causing me to awake in the middle of the night sweating. The rooms were clean and presentable."
